I'm a writer, journalist and video producer living and working on the land of the Wathaurong people. I have a passion for storytelling in all its forms and I'm an avid reader of all genres.
I started my career in community journalism as the Managing Editor of monthly Sydney newspaper, The Eastsider, before cutting my teeth as a rural reporter for Fairfax Media in Esperance, Western Australia.
I then jumped hemispheres – moving from a town with no traffic lights to New York City – where I worked as the Communications and Operations Manager of a bespoke consulting firm.
In 2016, I was lured back to my hometown, Melbourne, to take up the post of Melbourne Theatre Company’s inaugural Content Producer. In 2021, I joined the team of staff at La Mama Theatre, also as Content Producer, with my passion for live storytelling as intact as ever.
